Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have erectile dysfunction and would like to improve my sexual life. How should I proceed? Are there any natural ways to get over this?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Normal sex duration is two to three minutes, and masturbation is 30 seconds, but sex duration less than one minute requires therapy for a good erection and longer sex.

For good blood flow to the penis for a long and powerful erection, women should have 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay during sex. Your spouse should learn to deliver foreplay in a way that does not cause you to ejaculate and enjoy it. Sex is not a race, and a strong, long, or thick penis does not imply that your partner is content. Love your partner, educate yourself about female masturbation, and offer your partner an orgasm or climax since this makes the female happy and strengthens the relationship.

Here are a few activities you may do to boost your ejaculation period: Kegel, Glute bridge, reclining butterfly position, lying leg raise, plank, push up, squat, hip flexor lunge, swimming, running, or quick walking for five minutes, yoga. I recommend that you eat the following foods, strawberries, apples, avocados, sweet potatoes, sesame seeds, almonds, garlic, and a small amount of chocolate.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
