Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 24 years old, and some days I experience many stomach problems, such as constipation, gas, and back pain. Today, I went to the toilet, and suddenly I noticed my anus coming outside. When I get constipated, I feel a lot of pain in the toilet and pain around the anus. I use a cream every two days for the current complaint. Please help me cure this problem.

Thank you.

Hello,

I appreciate that you have chosen icliniq.com for your medical needs.

I am very sorry about your medical condition. Do not worry; I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms and the picture you sent, I believe you have a 6 o'clock hemorrhoid (pile). I can see that you have constipation. Do you drink a lot of water after meals? Please take the following:

  1. Do a sitz bath twice daily.
  2. Use Anusol (a combination of zinc oxide, bismuth subgallate, balsam peru, and bismuth oxide) rectal suppository twice a day.
  3. Take tablet Ducolax (Bisacodyl) 5 mg orally once a day.
  4. Take syrup liquid paraffin 10 ml orally twice a day.
  5. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

If your symptoms persist, schedule another appointment for a follow-up via chat, phone, or video consultation.

I hope this has helped you. Please feel free to reach me again, in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
