What is the next step in managing the bladder wall removal?

Hi doctor,

I had an operation three years ago, and a part of my bladder wall was removed. I had surgery around three years ago, where a urologist removed a part of my bladder wall. It has never been repaired, and I need it to be repaired. I have had ongoing sepsis and infection with routine antibiotics. To live with it, I need a second opinion that confirms my diagnosis, so maybe a doctor can see that and fix my lack of bladder wall. I have red flags on cancer now beginning for bladder or kidney, and amylase is a red flag, low. The infection went to my bone marrow, and urine from the bladder flows freely into the kidney. I have been told to take antibiotics for life. I have hurt my kidney, so I am now on a kidney-friendly diet. I may have a new semi blockage and need a second opinion on that, and I can still void urine, but I need a second opinion on all this, then I can move forward to fix and repair. There are too many to list. I have never been allergic to medicines before. Still, now, because my kidney has trouble processing certain medicines, I have reactions to different medicines, and due to kidney issues, I develop anemia. Hence, I treat it with high levels of molasses because I have a problem with taking iron. Laboratories said that my blood pressure does run low on a normal day for years now. I live with it and have no symptoms from it. I believe it is because I live with fungal infections as well due to too many antibiotics. I am currently taking Amoxiclav 875 mg morning, Warfarin 2.5 mg at 5 PM, Azithromycin 250 mg once a day (at midnight), Glutathione plus vitamins, elderberry extract molasses, etc.

How to improve pleasure during an orgasm?

Hi doctor,

I am 43 years old. All my sexual functions are fine except the pleasure. Sex drive is good. Erection and everything else is fine. No issue with the quantity as well. There are not any STDs, and I have been monogamous forever. However, the pleasure during orgasm has reduced over the last few years. Due to this, during the orgasm, there is a lack of completeness, and it feels lacking. I am currently taking the tablet Famotidine for high triglycerides. Please help.

What causes pain in the groin and upper genital area?

Hello doctor,

I have pain in the groin and upper genital area; the exact location is not known, but I can feel the pain from inside the skin. What are these symptoms? I will attach a picture. When I am under a lot of stress, the groin is very uncomfortable, and I sometimes feel discomfort and throbbing in the genital area. And I have to work many hours a day sitting in a chair. This symptom is not always present but occasionally occurs. About once or twice a day. The final question is, does herpes cause these symptoms? Or is it another symptom? Please help.

Does hematospermia cause dark red spots in the semen?

Hello doctor,

I have a relatively very personal question. In the last few weeks (two weeks), I have noticed I have a little bit of either dark red or dark brown color in my semen. The liquid of the semen has a yellow color, but the jelly parts have dark red or dark brown. I am not sure why this is happening? I would hope I do not have any type of prostate cancer as I am only 32-year-old, but I also am not very active in intercourse (only a few times every two weeks). I am taking Multivitamin tablets. I do have normal blood pressure and blood sugar level. I got the first dose of the COVID vaccine one month ago. Kindly help me.

I felt pain in my testicle, groin, and abdomen after a vasectomy. Will I have it for the rest of my life?

Hi doctor,

I had a vasectomy two months back, and I had extreme pain with ejaculation the first several times and severe pain. Meanwhile, I felt testicle pain and radiation of pain to my groin snd abdomen with some nausea. So I did the NSAIDs protocol, and it never resolved. So the urologist gets a granuloma and decided to open it back up, remove the granuloma, remove the clips, and leave the testicular ends open. I am ten days out and have constant soreness in testicles and about a three to four constant groin pain that usually in evening hours will flare up to like a nine to ten bad that I get worried. I searched on the internet snd see these chronic scrotal pain syndrome and concern it is me. I know I am probably over-anxious, but I have not been sleeping or eating, worrying, and waiting for the pain to resolve. Do chronic syndrome start immediately after the procedure, and are my symptoms consistent with that or recovery pain? How long could recovery take the worst-case scenario so I can at least have some idea of when to hope for the end? Is my doctor considering a steroid injection into my spermatic cord to help expedite healing? Will that help? Is that a good idea? When she looked inside the second time, the cremaster was all inflamed, and there was a knot she said that made the testicle higher than it should be and saw a lot of inflammation, which would cause the nerves in The cord to transmit pain from testicles and upward? Is this a good working theory for my problem as I am just healing slow, and there is a lot of inflammation on the cords? With open-ended, it is unlikely to get the pressure build-up or other issues with closed over time? Also, PVPs (post-vasectomy pain syndrome) does that start right after the procedure? Are my symptoms at all connected to a chronic syndrome? How long worse case can it take to feel 100 percent from the procedure? Any chance of ejaculation intensity difference in an open-ended procedure versus prior? How does pain from procedure become a chronic issue, and what goes wrong generally? Could pain from a vasectomy last the rest of my life? I see research online. It can be chronic, and people blog about pain for 10 to 15 years? How common is that, and why does that happen to them? Am I worried about nothing? Thoughts and should I be worried, or am I just a slow healer. I am currently taking Gabapentin for pain, Omeprazole, and Advil 600.
