I recently underwent lab tests, and the results indicated a high testosterone level (attached lab report). This is not the first time; my previous lab work also showed elevated testosterone levels. Despite this, my primary doctor did not express concern about the heightened levels. I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate (attached report), and I cannot shake the feeling that my testosterone levels are increasing. Also, I take losartan for my high blood pressure issues. However, my doctor has not explained or expressed any concerns. Should I worry? Please help.

I experienced swelling and bruising on my penis, which resolved after four days. However, I have noticed a loss of sensitivity along the edge of the penis. Masturbation now takes five to ten minutes for ejaculation, and there's lingering pain in the bruised area. Morning erections are absent, and the penis feels fatigued from nocturnal erections. I can only achieve erections in the afternoon and evening, and standing erections are no longer possible. There is mild pain when blood flows into the penis.
