What is the treatment for nasal septum perforation?
Hello doctor,
I have a question regarding a large septum hole and nasal crusting. I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis before 13 years and not sure if this is causing the perforation. The perforation is nearly three centimeters in length and would like to know if using saline spray and nasal oil cease the crusting. Will this help me avoid surgery? Kindly help.
